Adi Amar was introduced to yoga in 1994 and has been curiously exploring and practicing many paths of yoga and meditation since the age of 15. She has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years. The backbone of most of the courses are modules with numerous videos clearly showing lectures, yoga and sadhana practices, meditations, explorations and more. Other education materials included are infographics, figures, glossaries, reflections to journal, and assessments.

Yes, you can receive credit hours for many of the courses. Whether you are seeking credit hours toward a yoga teacher training or you're already a teacher who needs continuing education units (CEUs), select courses qualify for Yoga Alliance registered credits!

It depends on the course! For example, our Breathing & Meditation for Equilibrium course contains ten video lessons while our Physiology of the Self contains almost 60!
