Fully revealing and developing these layers promotes optimal health and well being. In this course, we will examine how physical alignment, energetic alignment, mental and emotional alignment play a crucial role towards experiencing wholeness. We will explore the effects of posture, thought, breath and meditation on our physiology which leads to an integration and harmonization of our psychology. Discover wholeness through pranayama, meditation, asana and structural integration. Through exploration of science and traditional wisdom you will gain a clear understanding of the best practices to balance, align and integrate all layers of your being.

This intensive taught by Adi Amar and Audrey Smith and is being offered as an online self study course. You may apply 50 hours towards a 200 or 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification accredited by Yoga Alliance. CEU’s are also available, all from the comfort of your own home (or wherever there's an internet connection)!

Adi Amar was introduced to yoga in 1994 and has been studying and practicing yoga sincerely since the age of 15 and teaching for over 20 years! An experienced registered yoga teacher at the 500+ level, Adi believes that consistent practice with open awareness is the window into reorganizing old mental patterns and tendencies that have been knowingly or unknowingly ingrained into how we operate and experience life.
